"In a project like home decoration, you will have to decide your opinion on three key issues: quality, time, and money.

Almost always, you can get two of the three by sacrificing the third (unless you're extremely lucky and have all three!). For example, if you don't have much money, it will require a lot of time to get a quality result. Or if you don't have much time, you'll have to spend a lot of money to get quality. The bottom line is: In order to get a high quality result you'll either spend a lot of time or a lot of money. If you don't have the money, then you'll probably need to invest the time in some skills like sewing or painting or even just glueing and crafting."
